Rugged Coastal Golf

The Courses of Cabot Cape Breton

#11 Golf Digest World's 100 Greatest

Cabot Cliffs

Exquisitely carved from the rugged Cape Breton coastline, Cabot Cliffs is golf at its most spectacular — where postcard-worthy panoramas meet rolling fairways that reward imagination and daring play. Each hole reveals a fresh thrill: cliff-top greens perched above the Gulf of St. Lawrence, sweeping dunes, and the ever-present hum of the Atlantic breeze.

Designed by legendary architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, this masterpiece is built by dreamers, for dreamers — a place where the natural landscape and the game of golf exist in perfect harmony.

Ranked #11 on Golf Digest’s “World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses” and consistently recognized among the best in North America, Cabot Cliffs is a journey as breathtaking as it is unforgettable. The most beautiful game on Earth, set against a backdrop only Mother Nature could provide — this is Cabot Cliffs.

#35 Golf Digest World's 100 Greatest

Cabot Links

Set between the sea and the charming village of Inverness, Cabot Links is where the spirit of traditional links golf comes alive on North American soil. Designed by acclaimed Canadian architect Rod Whitman, the course unfolds naturally across rugged coastal dunes, with firm, fast turf and every hole offering a sweeping ocean view — five running directly along the beach.

Celebrated for its seamless walkability, strategic design, and pure links character, Cabot Links captures the essence of the game in its truest form.

Ranked among Canada’s top courses and consistently recognized among the best modern courses in North America, Cabot Links is timeless, elemental, authentic, and unforgettable

Excitement and Thrills

The Nest

Perched high above the Gulf of St. Lawrence, The Nest is Cabot Cape Breton’s inspired par-3 course — a breathtaking collection of short holes that pack all the drama, beauty, and creativity of its larger siblings into a more relaxed, shot-making experience.

Designed by Rod Whitman and Dave Axland, The Nest offers sweeping views, undulating greens, and a layout that invites both fun and finesse. Whether sharpening your short game or soaking in one more golden-hour round, this elevated perch above Cabot Cliffs is pure joy — a little slice of Cabot magic in every swing.
