How enrollment works:

  • Fill out the form below or contact Cam Pallone at 770-945-4653 ext 2 or email.
  • New enrollments are typically activated two times per month (in the middle of the month and then at the end of the month)
  • Upon activation, the primary Member will be sent a welcome email with account details
  • The $35 monthly dues are billed to your monthly Hamilton Mill C.C. membership statement
  • Each household will share a single account and login which are setup under the "Primary" Member
  • You may add your partner/spouse to have reservation privileges at no additional fee
  • Eligible dependents may also enjoy the benefits when accompanied
